THE BAND
Together since 2004, Beef Tea calls Sheboygan County, Wisconsin home. Justin Gigstad,
Eric Hudak, Dave Koebel, Court Ramaeker and Dave and Danika Williamson make up the group that is proud to boast the worlds only bluegrass rendition of Beethoven's 6th symphony (or not). Fueled on pickled eggs, Beef Tea considers bluegrass their forte and throws in with Irish mixes for good measure.

JUSTIN GIGSTAD - Upright Bass, Vocals
Justin is a Sheboygan Falls native who also enjoys playing guitar and percussion. Hobbies include whitewater kayaking, downhill skiing, snowboarding and building tube amps in his spare time. Equipment - Upton Bass “Hawkes” model with a Revolution Solo pickup. |

ERIC HUDAK - Fiddle, Mandolin, Vocals
Eric grew up playing classical violin since the age of 5. Started fiddling at 12, with his first show at the Wisconsin state fair. He rediscovered his roots with beef tea and has branched off into vocals (something he never thought he'd do). Engineer by day, fiddler by night.

DAVE KOEBEL - Guitar, Dobro, Vocals
Born and raised on the guitar, Dave and his wife Laura own Roots Acoustic Music store in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin. Dave has over 50 guitar students and repairs acoustic instruments by the truckload.

COURT RAMAEKER - Banjo, Mandolin, Bouzouki, Vocals
Court is undoubtedly the heart and soul of the band. Completely self-taught, Court bringing together the eclectic sounds of the banjo, mandolin, bouzouki and voice. Court's full-time work is as a spanish school teacher in Plymouth, Wisconsin.

DAVID WILLIAMSON - Guitar, Vocals
David listened to the sounds of Bluegrass and Mountain music early on when he would spend long periods of time down in Asheville, N.C. David plays guitar and every once and awhile some other string instrument. He loves to play and sing with his wife whenever he gets the opportunity. He works as the Director of Audio at Logan Productions in Milwaukee. |

DANIKA WILLIAMSON - Vocals
Danika is a born and raised Wisconsinite who began singing young and has sang many musical styles professionally on stages all across the world. Danika and her husband Dave have traveled together professionally over the last 10 years from NYC to CA and Europe. Two years ago the young couple moved to Sheboygan County to buy a home and start a family and have since never looked back. Danika has enjoyed getting reacquainted with her roots and is pleased to see that the good people of Wisconsin love bluegrass as much as she does. |
